Ambeliotissa Apartments
Ambeliotissa Apartments is friendly, family run, holiday accommodation in the unspoilt countryside of southern Crete.
The owner, Michalis Nikitakis wanted a site redesign and a guestbook added to the existing site. The holiday accommodation market is very competitive and Michalis wanted to focus on the family orientated nature of his apartments and also highlight the natural setting, peace and quiet and relaxation.
These goals were achieved in the design by using grapes to represent the apartments, (which used to be a vineyard) and to represent the activities of this unspoilt agricultural area where grape growing is prevalent. The copywriting also focused on highlighting the warm and friendly natures of the owners and the facilities available for children. A guestbook was also added to foster community amongst the guests, many of whom return regularly, year after year.
